Reporting a problem
To help us find the cause quickly, please include:
- your device model, for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8;
- the operating system and version, for example iOS 26 or Android 15;
- the PocketClip version (on iPhone and iPad under Settings › General › iPhone Storage or iPad Storage › PocketClip; on Android under Settings › Apps › PocketClip);
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
Please don’t send videos or other personal files. If a particular video causes the problem, describe it instead: length, resolution and where it came from.
